BAKE 50 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 min. Loosen cake from sides of pan; invert onto wire rack. Gently remove pan. Cool cake completely. Transfer to plate.

RESERVE 2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP. Microwave remaining COOL WHIP and chocolate squares in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Drizzle over cake. Immediately drop scant teaspoonfuls of the reserved COOL WHIP around top of cake; draw toothpick through center of each to resemble star. Fill center of cake with berries. Keep refrigerated.

A little tips-

WISE A serving of this sweet treat goes a long way on chocolate flavor.SPECIAL EXTRAIf you don't have a traditional cake plate or pedestal plate to serve this cake on, you can use any large round plate instead. Just cover the plate with an inexpensive paper doily before topping with the cake.

Try this : Angel Food Cake recipe...:-)

Hello everyone ...!! We'll meet again in the same blog with different recipes. Today  we will discuss about how to make Angel Food Cake that is certainly good to eat, bitten, chewed, etc. (over-zealous about this verse ). I initially just looking at a book of recipes that my mom bought at the store where somehow I do not know. Suddenly came across this angel food cake recipe. Her name is very tasty, but does not know how it feels. So I tried to make this cake (after all I was this obsessed with cake). Even at home I do not have enough ingredients, I try to courage myself to find the ingredient in stores nearby. After that, I started my first steps as shown in the book. Finally ..... blink, blink, blink .... My cake is complete (but I finish it all because it very tasty... hehehe)
Here are the ingredients and how to make Angel Food Cake for 5-6 servings:

Ingredients:
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 7 large egg whites
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• Sour cream, for garnish
• toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
• 1 orange, cut into segments, for garnish
 * Special equipment: standard size loaf pan

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2) Add half the sugar and flour in a spice grinder or mini food processor for 5 seconds.

3) Remove the small bowl and set aside.

4) Beat the egg whites and vanilla cream, tartar and salt in a large bowl, using a mixer on medium, until frothy.

5) Add the remaining sugar (not flour) slowly. Beat just until soft, moist peaks form.

6) Add the flour mixture, half at a time, folding with rubber spatula until incorporated.

7) Pour batter into ungreased loaf pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

8) Turn the loaf into 2 cans to operate at peak tin pan rest, allow ventilation.

9) After 45 minutes to 1 hour, remove the cake by sliding a knife around the edges.

10) Cool completely and cut with a serrated knife.

Very simple, is it? After this you can continue to go to the kitchen to make this cake. Do not wait for a long time because you cannot find these delicious cake. I want to do this cake again for my family because they also love it (but I eat it all) ...
Do not forget to leave your comments below. See you soon ... <3
